### ???? Project Summary:

I am a licensed mental health provider seeking a skilled automation assistant to **build and maintain a system** that generates therapy notes using GPT, maps them to my calendar, and **automatically enters those notes into TheraNest**. Once setup is complete, I need someone to **monitor and troubleshoot the system daily** to ensure consistent performance.

### ???? Your Responsibilities:

**Setup Phase:**

* Build a UI.Vision (or similar) macro that:

* Logs into TheraNest securely
* Finds the correct client/session
* Pastes and submits GPT-generated notes
* Integrate with **Google Calendar** (or other) to read my daily session schedule
* Match session details to notes
* Connect GPT or existing note repository to this workflow (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, or Google Sheets)
* Ensure the system runs daily or on command

**Ongoing Maintenance:**

* Monitor and troubleshoot automation daily (10–15 min/day)
* Manually fix or log failed entries when needed
* Adjust automation in case of TheraNest UI changes or login issues
* Communicate weekly with me about system status

* UI.Vision RPA (or other robotic process automation tools)
* Zapier or ---------- (calendar and file automation)
* Familiarity with GPT (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) integration workflows
* Google Workspace (especially Google Calendar + Google Sheets)
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work with sensitive information securely and sign a confidentiality agreement

* Familiarity with TheraNest or EHR systems
* Experience automating systems for mental health professionals
* Understanding of basic HIPAA-safe practices (training or experience)

* You’ll deliver an initial working system, then we test and refine it
