Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PH Time: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Pay: $5.00 – $10.00 USD/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
True Partner Staffing is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our remote team! You’ll primarily be recruiting for manufacturing positions in Los Angeles, California. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and at least 1 year of recruiting experience.

Requirements:

-At least 1 year of experience in recruitment

-Fluent in English and Spanish

-Ability to work 8AM - 5PM (Pacific Time)

-Reliable internet and working computer

-Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Preferred Experience:

Recruiting for blue-collar or manufacturing roles

Screening resumes and conducting interviews
