We’re seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Customer Advocate to help us deliver exceptional service and keep operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and are committed to precision, you’ll fit right in with our dynamic team.
???? What You'll Do
Customer Communication & Ticket Management
Contact customers within 3 hours to address inquiries or schedule services.
Review and link tickets to deals in HubSpot daily.
Ensure timely resolution or follow-up of all tickets.
Retrieve and verify customer documents; forward to appropriate teams.
Follow up with unresponsive customers to ensure smooth processing.

Task Coordination
Manage workflows related to your assigned ticket types (e.g., donation or bidder tickets).
Dispatch vehicles or update customer accounts using our platforms.
Confirm schedules and provide real-time updates across all tools.
Platform Management
Update HubSpot and related systems at least 3x daily (8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM CDT).
Maintain 100?curacy in data entry and customer records.
Merge duplicate records and ensure systems are consistently up to date.

Daily Workflow
Morning: Complete paperwork, review open tickets, follow up on pending requests, and prioritize tasks.
Midday: Process customer requests, update platforms, and schedule services.
Afternoon: Confirm tasks, update statuses, follow up on leads and unresolved tickets.

Respond to internal Google Chat messages within 10 minutes.
Provide professional, timely responses to all calls, emails, and chats.
Act on tickets and deals within 3 hours.
Maintain zero customer complaints.
Ensure 100?ta accuracy.
