Cold calling Real estate virtual assistant

I am seeking for an experienced real estate virtual assistant. Required experience is calling clients in the state of Missouri in the United States and get them and marketing my brand and getting them booked on my calendar to buy or sell a home.
Knowledge about the St. Louis , st Charles, Chesterfield, Ballwin, Lake St. Louis Market
Pay rate is $3 per hour.
4 hours a day.
3pm to 7pm cst.
5 days a week.
