Part-Time Social Media Assistant Wanted for Growing Online Business

PART-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA PRO WANTED FOR GROWING ONLINE BUSINESS

Our company has several consumer brands and various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+) blogs & websites. I’m looking for someone who can create content for our social media channels and schedule posts using Hootsuite. We market ourselves through memes and other pop culture images and thus do not want the posts to look like typical “buy my products ads". In order to be successful in this role, you should be familiar with pop culture, music & sports.

Ideally, you will develop the strategy, targeting, and advertising to drive traffic, generate sales and acquire new customers. As we grow, I'm also open to expanding the scope to look at how we can better use other social media platforms like SnapChat, Quora, LinkedIn, Tumblr, etc. to engage with more customers using the platforms they use most.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate how they have accomplished brand awareness across major social media platforms and how they would approach this for one of our brands. Since we are looking to form long-term business relationship that will grow over time, and want to find very talented professionals to partner with, applicants will be asked to participate in a 3-step interview process.

Requirements:
• at least 2 years’ experience
• high level of English both written/verbal
• high level knowledge of Social Media – expert marketer and super user
• availability of 10-20 hours per week
• a team player who is trustworthy and respectful of others, is a hard worker, honors commitments and has a sense of humor
