We are a fast-paced, media-savvy chiropractic office serving patients in New York City. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Front Desk Assistant to join our team full-time.
Responsibilities:
•Greet and check in patients virtually via live video, engaging face-to-face throughout the day as the Virtual Front Desk representative.
•Schedule and confirm appointments
•Answer and respond to
•Maintain professional, timely communication with patients and our team
•Learn and understand our brand, channels, and audience to provide excellent service
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of customer service, virtual assistant, or front desk experience
Must be able to work New York City hours (Eastern Time)—
Monday 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Tuesday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Full-time only – 35+ hours/week, no other jobs allowed
Excellent written and spoken English
High-speed, reliable internet connection
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work independently while staying responsive to the team
