Lead Generator VA - Probates

At NextPath Home Buyers, we are a real estate investment company that buys distressed properties across the U.S. we're currently hiring an experienced probate lead generator VA to pull leads from goverment (county) probate lists and submit OPRA requests to pull code violation lead


We are ONLY considering applicants with at least ONE years of experience working with probate lead/prospect generation for real estate investors. Strong english is REQUIRED

Responsibilities:
- Check government portals multiple times a week and get list of leads
- Analyze and format leads - making sure to find their address and skiptrace owners phone/email
- Submit up to 5 OPRA requests per day, following up regularly and pulling code violation lists
- Use expertise to determine who the executor of an estate is, when that information is not public
- Review bad skiptraces and re-work as needed


Requirements:
- Strong understanding and ability to speak english
- Reliable high speed internet & access to a laptop
- 1+ years of experience pulling leads and skiptracing
- 1+ years of experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- 6+ months of experience pulling leads from county (goverment) websites
- Respond to internal messages timely


This is a long term position with a 6 week probationary period - where we will assess candidates work over that timeframe and move them to a permanent employee, pending performance. Hours are flexible - work can be completed at most time of day, within deadlines. Some availability during evening hours is required. Expectations are 10-25 hours of work per week (potential increase to 40-50 hours if needed), at $4-6 per hour with a 10% increase upon completion of probationary period and bonuses for each lead delivered, that the team closes
