Certified Medical Coder (Orthopedic)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Medical Coder with a medical background to support accurate coding for our orthopedic clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience coding complex orthopedic procedure combinations and a strong understanding of the coding rules and NCCI edit guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical documentation, assigning appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes, ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with billing staff as needed. Prior experience with orthopedic coding and/or nursing is strongly preferred.
