Virtual Assistant – Social Media, LinkedIn Recruiting & CRM Automation (GoHighLevel)

Position Type: Part-time (20 hrs/week to start, potential to grow)
Rate: $5–$7/hour USD + performance bonuses for hitting recruiting & lead generation targets

Our mission is to help families improve their financial literacy, protect their loved ones, and create paths to financial independence.
We are growing rapidly and need a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us scale our outreach, recruiting, and marketing systems — all while following compliance guidelines (training provided).

Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Recruiting & Outreach
• Search for and connect with professionals in our target market (U.S.-based, age 28–45, career-driven, leadership experience, or ex-athletes).
• Send connection requests and follow-up messages using provided scripts.
• Track conversations and update CRM with lead status.

2. Social Media Management
• Schedule and post content to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using pre-approved materials.
• Monitor engagement and escalate any responses to management (no direct sales pitches without approval).
• Maintain brand voice: warm, professional, approachable.

3. GoHighLevel CRM Build-Out & Automation
• Create and manage pipelines for recruiting and client prospects.
• Set up email/SMS campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
• Assist with automations for webinar/event follow-up sequences.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and/or social media management.
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation tools.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Preferred:
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or network marketing industries.
• Familiarity with U.S. business culture and time zones.

Work Hours
• 15-20hrs/week (flexible schedule, but must overlap at least 2 hours daily with U.S. Mountain Time).
• Potential for more hours and higher pay as business grows.

Compensation
• $5–$7 USD/hour (depending on experience).
• Performance Bonus: Additional pay for each recruit booked for an interview and for qualified leads brought into the pipeline.
