Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help create, schedule, and repurpose engaging content for our social media channels and email newsletter.

Key Responsibilities:

Design 8–12 monthly social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using Canva

Write compelling captions tailored to healthcare workers’ financial needs

Research and simplify basic personal finance concepts (retirement plans, tax tips, budgeting)

Repurpose content into a short bi-weekly email newsletter

Schedule posts using Later, Buffer, or similar tools

Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and design

Skills & Experience:

Proficient in Canva (required)

Excellent English grammar and writing skills

Experience creating engaging, educational content

Understanding of personal finance topics (preferred but not required — willingness to research is essential)

Knowledge of social media trends and growth strategies

Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
