ABOUT ME:
I’m Cheryl McBryde-Pitter — a licensed therapist, author, and product creator. My brand supports high-capacity women, men and couples in reclaiming their voice through therapy, digital guides, and journals.

I already have a dedicated designer who handles all visuals.
I do not need another content poster or general VA.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR:
A sales-driven marketer who can prove they’ve increased client sales or clients in the past.
You must be able to:

Plan and execute weekly sales campaigns for my products and therapy offers.

Write captions, CTAs, and email copy that convert.

Schedule all content so it goes live without me touching it.

Track performance and optimize based on data.

Work closely with my designer to align copy + visuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven track record of increasing sales or client acquisition (show metrics or case studies).

Experience selling digital products or services online.

Strong understanding of buyer psychology, funnels, and conversion strategies.

Ability to write in a voice that connects with emotionally overwhelmed, high-capacity women, men and couples.

Confident in creating micro-launches, email sequences, and short promotional pushes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO EACH WEEK:

Create 1–2 sales campaigns (social captions + 1 email per campaign).

Plan posting schedule for the week and load all posts.

Review last week’s performance and make recommendations.

Collaborate with my designer to finalize visuals for campaigns.

HOURS & PAY:

5–10 hours per week (deliverables-based — you’re paid for results, not hours worked).

$8–$12 USD/hour equivalent OR fixed weekly rate based on experience.

Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal.

TRIAL PERIOD:
Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid 3-hour trial project to create a mini sales campaign for one of my products. This allows us to see your strategy, copy, and scheduling process in action.
