Web Programmer - Fix/improve job search functionality (code from scratch)

We are an internet marketing and development company currently based on US and Canada. We owned and managed multiple websites that are in need of maintenance and improvement.

We are looking for someone who could improve our job search functionality to one of our website: NursingJob World(http://www.nursingjobworld.com/). This task requires in-depth knowledge with PHP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Jquery and website UI.
