Job Title: US Travel Nurse Recruiter
Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates only)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified travel nurses in healthcare facilities across the United States. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP), and experience using platforms like Vivian Health.

Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified travel nurses through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct comprehensive screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and credentials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate records in the ATS and other databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiate compensation and contract terms with candidates.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, market conditions, and regulations affecting travel nursing.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in US travel nurse recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- At least 1 year of experience in NY travel assignments
- Proficiency in VMS and MSP platforms (e.g.,Adaptive/Vector).
- Experience using Indeed or Vivian Health is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
