Axus Travel App Specialist – Part-Time (30–35 hrs/week)

Company Overview:
We are a luxury travel agency specializing in creating bespoke travel experiences for high-end clients. We use the Axus Travel App as our official travel management platform to deliver seamless itineraries, personalized trip details, and exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Axus Travel App Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Role Summary:
You will be responsible for managing, updating, and optimizing itineraries within the Axus Travel App. This role focuses exclusively on Axus-related tasks to ensure all travel plans are accurate, visually appealing, and client-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create, edit, and update client itineraries in the Axus Travel App
-Upload and organize travel documents, confirmations, and details
-Coordinate with our travel advisors to ensure all trip details are accurate and up to date
-Maintain brand standards in itinerary formatting and presentation
-Troubleshoot any Axus-related issues and liaise with Axus support when necessary
-Ensure itineraries are delivered to clients on time and with complete information

Qualifications:
-Proven experience using Axus Travel App (required)
-Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Strong written English skills for clear, professional itinerary notes
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Background in travel industry or itinerary building is an advantage
