We are a busy, fast-growing Medicare agency dedicated to helping clients navigate their health coverage with confidence. We represent multiple carriers and provide Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and related insurance solutions. We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual to support our outreach and appointment scheduling efforts.
Position Overview:
The Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the agency owner. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is results-driven and enjoys connecting with people. Based on performance, the contract could be extended or expanded into a longer-term position.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls,
Qualify leads and gather basic client information
Schedule appointments in the agency owner’s calendar
Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheets or CRM
Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments
Meet or exceed weekly lead and appointment goals
Qualifications:
Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making cold/warm calls and following a call script
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or CRM tools)
Compensation:
Hourly base pay + performance bonuses
Part-time: 10–15 hours per week to start
Potential for contract extension and increased hours based on results
