Virtual Healthcare Recruiter – U.S. Travel Nurse Staffing

Description: Five Starr Healthcare, a U.S.-based staffing agency, is seeking a proactive Virtual Healthcare Recruiter to help source and process qualified travel nurses for contract positions in the United States. This is a remote, Philippines-based role working closely with our Senior Recruiter in the U.S.

You will assist in:
* Reviewing U.S. travel nurse job openings tracked in LotusOne
* Creating and managing candidate pipelines for those openings.
* Coordinating application steps through DocuSign for onboarding forms.
* Managing credential submissions through ShiftWise (BLS, vaccines, physicals, transcripts, etc.).
* Posting job ads on platforms, including Indeed, to attract candidates.
* Communicating with candidates to guide them through the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
* Source travel nurse candidates via job boards, Indeed, resume databases, and networking.
* Review qualifications against job requirements.
* Send and track DocuSign packets for onboarding.
* Upload and verify credentials in ShiftWise.
* Maintain candidate tracking and job status updates in LotusOne.
* Coordinate with the Senior Recruiter to ensure openings move toward placement.

Qualifications:
* 1+ year of recruitment experience (1 year of experience in travel nursing recruitment required).
* Experience posting ads on "Indeed"
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to learn and use platforms such as DocuSign, ShiftWise, and LotusOne.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Stable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare credentialing.

Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Philippines time with some overlap to U.S. hours).
