Role Overview
You will manage bookkeeping for multiple real estate businesses, including:
Handling AP/AR, reconciliations, and monthly reports.
Bookkeeping for property management, mid-term rentals, and short-term rentals.
Tracking investments, expenses, and income with QuickBooks Online and Stessa.
Supporting light tax-related bookkeeping.
Communicating clearly and being available during U.S. EST hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

This role starts with bookkeeping, but over time we will train you in U.S. tax preparation (December–April season). This skill adds significant seasonal income opportunities, making this position more valuable each year.

Requirements
Proven bookkeeping experience (real estate experience strongly preferred).
Strong skills with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Stable and fast internet with a backup plan (required).
Professional home office setup with dual monitors.
Professionalism, loyalty, and ability to protect sensitive financial data.
(Preferred but not required) Knowledge of Spanish or Visayan dialect.

Compensation & Growth
Starting salary: PHP 20,000 – 28,000/month (depending on experience).
Performance-based salary increases over time.
Loyalty bonuses for tenure milestones (1 year+).
Seasonal Growth: Learn U.S. tax prep and earn up to PHP 10,000+/month during tax season (Dec–Apr).
