We are seeking a Business Development Outreach VA to help us scale our lead generation and client acquisition efforts. If you’re a proactive communicator, skilled at building connections, and comfortable using modern outreach tools, we’d love to work with you.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for our business development team. This role blends research, communication, and strategic follow-ups — ideal for someone who enjoys making connections and thrives in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Research and identify potential clients in our target markets.
-Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn,
-Craft and personalize outreach messages to increase engagement.
-Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead data.
-Track outreach progress and provide weekly performance reports.
-Coordinate with the founders to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or virtual assistance.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), and
-Strong research skills and attention to detail.
-Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
-Bonus: Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI-related industries.
