Go High Level Expert Needed – HIPAA-Compliant Patient CRM Buildout & Management

Description:
We are an Anesthesia services company seeking an experienced Go High Level expert to build and manage a HIPAA-compliant client CRM. Our goal is to track and automate the entire patient care journey, from pre-procedure to post-procedure, while maintaining the highest standards of patient privacy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement a secure, HIPAA-compliant CRM within Go High Level.

Build automated workflows for each stage of the patient journey, including:

Intake & pre-procedure prep

Procedure day coordination

Post-procedure follow-up and patient satisfaction

Integrate with scheduling, communication, and billing systems as needed.

Create dashboards and reporting to track patient status and operational efficiency.

Provide ongoing management, troubleshooting, and optimization of the CRM.

*Requirements:*

Proven experience building HIPAA-compliant workflows in Go High Level.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy requirements
- Expertise in workflow automation, pipeline management, and reporting within GHL.
- Ability to integrate external tools (EHR, scheduling, billing) securely.
- Strong communication skills and reliability for ongoing support.

Preferred:

- Prior work with medical practices.
- Understanding of pre-op and post-op patient care coordination.
