We run a fast-paced content operation creating and posting short-form videos across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook). Our goal is to scale content output while maintaining high quality and speed.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Video & Posting Team Manager to oversee our small but growing team of video editors and content posters. You don’t need prior experience with our exact process — we’ll train you — but you must be highly organized, communicate well, and be able to keep things moving on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate daily tasks between editors and posters.

Find trending or relevant video content ideas (training provided).

Download and organize video clips for editing.

Review edited videos for quality before posting.

Ensure posting schedules are followed (multiple accounts, multiple platforms).

Track performance metrics and report results.

Keep the team motivated and productive.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball.

Excellent communication — you’ll be the bridge between the owner and the content team.

Ability to learn quickly and follow step-by-step processes.

Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and scheduling platforms (we’ll train you).

A self-starter who can work without constant supervision.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook video content.

Background in social media management or content creation.
