Virtual Assistant 2025

Tasks:

1. Social Media Management & Content Creation:
- Creating, scheduling, managing social media posts and stories.
- Designing promotional materials (e.g. instagram posters)
- Managing a video editor

2. Event & Program Support:
- Assisting with the organization and promotion of events
- Managing registrations for programs in spreadsheets

3. Administrative & Data Management:
- Organizing and managing files and documents.
- Tracking and updating information related to tasks, deadlines, and statuses.

4. Software Using Experience

Required software experience:
- Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets
- Slack (communication)
- Canva (Graphic design)
- Capcut or similar software (video editing)
- Metricool (Content Scheduling and SM management)
or similar softwares e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social

Preferred software experience:
- Simvoly (drag and drop Web design and email marketing)
or similar softwares e.g. Wix, Squarespace, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Active Campaign

Hours and Compensation: 15-25 hours per week, $5 per hour (potential for full time hours within a year)

Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Location: remote

Required availability:
- 7 days a week (adjust the working hours based on your convenience)
- 1 online meeting per week (Mon / Wed: around 8am ET (Philadelphia time)
