Youtube channel manager

I own a youtube channel called imdylan_yt where i need a full time editor and scriptwriter to upload videos, you need to be fully fluent in english, have high editing skills but most importantly be fully dedicated to the job, if interested in this job then respond with a trial video, i do not care about your resume, all i care about is the quality of your trial video. The hardest part of the job is analysing competition in every way, my advice to get this job is spend time analysing what sound effects i use, how i write my scripts, and how i engage the viewer, the actual job is simple im just looking for someone who has initiative and is willing to show me how much they want this job and how hard they will work
