Full-Time Ecommerce DTC Video Editor

We’re seeking a skilled, dependable video editor to join our team and produce high-converting ad creatives for an Ecommerce DTC brand. This is a long-term, stable position — perfect for someone who thrives with consistent work, clear briefs, and reliable deadlines. You’ll take provided ad scripts and transform them into engaging social media ads by sourcing clips from platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts, adding ElevenLabs voiceovers, and ensuring attention-grabbing motion graphics appear within the first 20–30 seconds of the video. After that, simple clean editing will be enough.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Convert ad scripts into polished video ads line-by-line using ElevenLabs for voiceovers.
2.Source relevant short-form clips from TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc. (vertical 9:16 format).
3. Add motion graphics, captions, and strong hooks in the first 20–30 seconds for maximum retention.
4. Deliver 4 high-quality ads per week (goal: 1 per day, but 2 days is acceptable).
5. Edit in platform-native styles for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts (quick cuts, captions, punchy pacing).
6. Maintain consistent brand style and tone across all deliverables.
7. Communicate clearly and proactively with our team.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in UGC-style or social media ad editing.
2. Skilled in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
3. Understanding of hooks, pacing, retention tactics, and audience engagement.
4. Stable internet and a workspace suitable for meeting deadlines.
5. Can follow a detailed brief with minimal supervision.
6. Include the second code word moonlight in your application to confirm you’ve read the entire post.
7. Intermediate English comprehension.

Work Schedule:
Full-time (~40 hours/week).
Flexible hours as long as deadlines are met.
