Elevus is where innovation meets legal marketing. As a forward-thinking media and technology company, we specialize in driving client acquisition and streamlining operations in the consumer legal space.

Strategically partnered with Ethen Ostroff Law and based in the U.S., Elevus also offers a one-of-a-kind platform for investors to fund high-potential personal injury cases—turning legal finance into a scalable opportunity.

Powered by strategic capital, proprietary tech, AI automation, and bold, targeted content, Elevus connects plaintiffs, attorneys, and investors in smarter, faster, and more impactful ways.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to produce engaging, original content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong command of the English language, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to write in a tone and style that feels distinctly American—clear, conversational, and audience-focused. You should be comfortable adapting your voice to match different brand personalities while maintaining clarity, professionalism, and persuasive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, compelling content for digital and print platforms, including blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media posts
- Conduct thorough research on legal, marketing, and industry-related topics to ensure content accuracy and authority
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content that supports campaign objectives and business goals
- Edit and proofread content to ensure high editorial standards, clarity, and grammatical precision
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and accessibility across channels
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone tailored to U.S. audiences across all communications
- Track content performance and make data-informed suggestions for improvements
- Contribute to content planning sessions and provide creative input on campaign messaging
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter, or in a similar content-focused role
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong grasp of American English tone and usage
- Strong research skills and attention to detail, especially when translating complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Ability to write for various platforms and formats, including blogs, web pages, social media, and email
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools
- Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
- A portfolio of published writing samples showcasing versatility and quality
- Prior experience working in a law firm, legal marketing team, or within a legal services structure is a strong advantage
- Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours

Preferred but not required:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML or design tools (like Canva or Figma) is a plus.
