Pinterest Designer – Food Blog, PicMonkey

About Us
---------- is a popular US-based food blog specializing in easy, comfort recipes. We are looking for a graphic designer who is very experienced with Pinterest. The right person will have demonstrable experience designing pins for US-based food blogs from concept to writing accurate and appealing pin descriptions with English at native-speaker level.

Hours & Rate:
Starts at 15 hrs/week, with the possibility to increase
Rate: $8 - $10 USD/hr depending on experience and skill level.
2-week paid trial period to assess skills, communication, and fit before long-term hire.

1. Key Responsibilities
Pinterest
- Create graphics for Pinterest and recipe content using PicMonkey (team seat and onboarding provided)
- Schedule pins using the Pinterest native scheduler (no third-party tools)
- Maintain and update Pinterest boards for seasonal and brand priorities
Graphics
- Accurately label ingredient and process shots for recipes using provided style and formatting rules
- Upload and optimize graphics in WordPress and Google Drive
Organization
- Track and update tasks in ---------- (training provided via Loom)

2. Tools You’ll Use
- Pinterest native scheduler
- PicMonkey (prior experience a plus, not a requirement - onboarding provided via Loom)
- WordPress
- Google Workspace
- ---------- (onboarding Loom provided, prior experience a plus, not a requirement)
- LastPass
- Hubstaff (team time tracking software)

3. Requirements
- Graphic designer with very extensive Pinterest design experience for US-based food blogs
- Strong written English comprehension, must be able to read and interpret US recipes
- Email responses must include "Adfullyread" in the subject line to be considered
- Must have a reliable laptop/desktop and a stable high-speed internet connection
- Must be available for at least 2–3 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
