We are a well-established UK-based sports and fitness company selling on Amazon UK, EU, and other marketplaces worldwide. Our product range includes premium sports equipment, protective gear, apparel, and accessories.
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Amazon professional to take full ownership of our Amazon operations. You will manage the account end-to-end and have the authority to hire and manage your own small remote team to cover PPC, listing optimisation, customer service, and inventory management.
This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who can work independently, deliver measurable results, and treat our business as if it were their own.

Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Amazon Seller Central operations across multiple marketplaces.
• Hire, train, and lead a small support team (e.g., PPC specialist, listing/SEO expert, customer service VA, inventory coordinator).
• Create and optimise product listings (titles, bullet points, keywords, A+ Content).
• Plan and manage FBA shipments, inventory levels, and restocking schedules.
• Develop and oversee PPC advertising strategy to maximise ROI and control ACoS.
• Monitor account health, resolve policy issues, and handle appeal cases.
• Analyse sales, advertising, and customer feedback to drive growth.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Ensure customer service is handled promptly and professionally by your team.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with significant monthly sales.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and manage remote Amazon teams.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and FBA operations.
• Experience in UK/EU Amazon marketplaces preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
