Social Media, Funnel & Content Strategist
Remote (Philippines) | Approx 5-10 hours per week (depending on tasks allocated) | $8-10 AUD per hour (annual review included)

The Wellness Emporium is a thriving multi-modality healthcare clinic based in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia. Through our brands The Wellness Emporium and Heal Her Gut (launching soon), we empower people to restore balance, nurture their health, and live in harmony with their mind and body through psychology, naturopathy, and nutrition.

As we expand our online presence — including digital courses, lead generation funnels, and international reach (in particular the USA) — we’re looking for a creative all-rounder who can bring strategy, design, and marketing flow together seamlessly.

The Role
We’re looking for a talented, reliable Digital Marketing Expert & Funnel Strategist who can do more than just create and post - we want someone who can help us grow, scale, and connect with the right people. This is a creative-meets-strategic role where you’ll play with content and build systems that convert followers into clients and course students.

Content Creation & Design
Create, edit, and design captivating posts & videos (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Use Canva (or similar) for graphics and CapCut (or similar) for polished video editing
Develop content with storytelling and clear calls-to-action that drive engagement and leads

Social Media Scheduling & Management
Create, plan captions, schedule posts (we like to plan monthly themes ahead)
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, share fresh ideas to connect with our audience

Funnels, Lead Generation, Ecommerce & Course Creation
Build and manage lead capture funnels (landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, automations)
Support with email marketing (setup, automations, growth strategies)
Assist with course creation and launch strategy (we’ll be using Teachable or Kajabi)
Help grow and nurture our email list and online community


Facebook Ads & Growth
Create and manage Facebook/Instagram / TikTok ads (health-focused service-based businesses in Australia & USA - you must have experience in this area)
Track analytics and share insights on performance & opportunities

You’re Perfect For This Role If You:
Are fluent in English (spoken & written)
Have proven experience with social media management + funnels + lead generation (within healthcare/wellness especially in Australia and the USA)
Understand Facebook Ads Manager and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Have experience (or interest) in course platforms like Teachable, Kajabi, or Thinkific
Are organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Have an eye for detail and design with Canva & CapCut (or similar tools)
Love creating systems that not only look good but work to bring in leads
Feel excited about inspiring people to live healthier, happier lives!
