Sales & Landing Page Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales & Landing Page Designer to join our team and create beautiful, high-converting pages and marketing materials. This is a long-term position with consistent work each week.

You must have at least 2 years of design experience and be able to provide samples of your best-performing landing/sales pages.

What You’ll Do:

- Design and build conversion-focused landing pages, sales pages, and opt-in pages in WordPress (Bricks theme)
- Implement persuasive design elements (clear CTAs, strong headlines, testimonials, trust badges, scarcity timers, etc.)
- Work confidently with a variety of WordPress plugins (forms, SEO tools, caching, security, analytics)
- Make minor code edits when needed (HTML, CSS, basic PHP/JavaScript)
- Ensure all pages are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversions
- Create branded social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Design professional, on-brand PDFs (lead magnets, reports, guides)
- Create modern, polished presentation slides in Keynote for webinars
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
- Optimize images for fast load times without losing quality

- Understanding of basic SEO principles (on-page optimization, image optimization, metadata)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of professional website and graphic design experience
- Experience with WordPress and the Bricks theme (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Proven experience designing high-converting landing/sales pages
- Ability to work with plugins and troubleshoot issues
- Some coding skills (HTML, CSS, basic PHP/JavaScript)
- Strong portfolio showcasing sales pages, opt-in pages, and marketing collateral
