JOB OVERVIEW

The Rainmaker Family is seeking a Project Manager to support and steward the execution of key initiatives across all departments. You’ll play a central role in coordinating project workflows, ensuring accountability, and tracking progress from idea to completion. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by making things happen through collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Cross-Functional Project Execution
* Oversee and manage the execution of projects across Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, Customer Success, and Operations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
* Collaborate with department leads and the COO to align on priorities and meet deliverables.
* Monitor progress and escalate blockers or delays, ensuring team alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
* Break down strategic goals into timelines and tasks with clear ownership and accountability.

Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Support
* Attend and scribe all Level 10 (L10) meetings, capturing IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) items, rocks, to-dos, and accountability steps.
* Translate meeting outputs into tasks within ---------- , ensuring visibility and follow-through.
* Maintain consistent tracking of EOS components across the company.

Project Management Systems
* Serve as the owner of ---------- - create, maintain, and optimize project boards, timelines, automations, and integrations.
* Keep tasks, documentation, and statuses accurate and up to date to support transparency and execution readiness.
* Monitor the progress of our internal AI projects and ensure they are aligned with team and company goals.

Meeting Support & Documentation
* Attend all L10 meetings across departments; scribe to capture agenda items, action steps, decisions, and follow-ups.
* Ensure that items surfaced during meetings are translated into tasks/projects and tracked appropriately.
* Provide follow-through and accountability updates on outstanding items from prior meetings.

Process Optimization & Operational Alignment
* Help identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in execution workflows and propose improvements or new processes.
* Support implementation of new systems, playbooks, and SOPs that enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Communication & Coordination
* Act as the central point of contact between departments for projects in motion, ensuring all teams are updated, unblocked, and moving in sync.
* Provide regular status updates to the leadership team and project stakeholders, maintaining clarity on timelines and responsibilities. The hidden word is “amazing”.
* Assist with meeting prep (agendas, KPI updates, project summaries) and follow-up (notes, action items, documentation).

AGREEMENT TERMS
Time
* 40 hours per week, availability during PST hours is required
* This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from any location
* 3-4 times weekly project update calls with Chief Revenue Officer
* Consistently submit End of Day and End of Week reports
* Weekly Departmental L10 Tea ---------- etings (60 minutes/department)
* Use of Clockify for time tracking is required to monitor and manage work hours
* Use ---------- to effectively manage task completion
* Compensation based on an hourly rate appropriate for entry-level responsibilities
Compensation - $8/hr - $10/hr depending on experience.
