All-in-One Digital Product Creator & Marketing VA (Game Apps + Social Media)

We are Motion Global Enterprise, a marketing, consulting, and management company based in Dayton, Ohio, USA. We are looking for a full-time, long-term Virtual Assistant with experience in mobile game/app development and digital marketing.

You will be responsible for building monetized mobile games & digital products AND managing our social media marketing to drive growth and passive income.

Responsibilities:

1. Game & Digital Product Development
• Design, develop, and publish mobile games (iOS & Android) using Unity, Buildbox, or similar.
• Create other monetizable digital products (ebooks, templates, online tools).
• Implement in-app purchases, ads, and subscription models.
• Optimize for user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

2. Marketing & Social Media
• Create and set up business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Design branded graphics and profile layouts.
• Plan, schedule, and post content regularly.
• Run paid ad campaigns and track results.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in mobile game/app development.
• Strong understanding of monetization strategies (ads, IAPs, subscriptions).
• Social media management and content creation experience.
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite (social scheduling)
• App Store Connect, Google Play Console (publishing)

Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: ?35,000–?50,000 PHP/month depending on experience.
• Flexible working hours (with some overlap to US Eastern Time).
