JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
River City Appliance Repair & Part Sales is looking for an experienced Customer Service / Dispatcher with 3–5 years or more customer service experience and world-class communication skills. You’ll handle calls, schedule technicians, order parts, and request authorizations for jobs over cost limits. Keep customers updated on techicians arrival and updated them on status of part orders. Maintain a possitve attitude under pressue.

Requirements:

3–5 years proven customer service experience

Strong English communication skills

Stable wired internet (min 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)

Desktop with dual monitors, Intel i5/Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM+, SSD

USB noise-canceling headset & webcam
