Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with proven expertise in affiliate marketing and a track record of generating significant revenue through strategic product selection and social media marketing. This remote position requires an individual who can independently identify, research, and promote high-ticket affiliate products while driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify high-converting, high-ticket affiliate products across various niches
• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies
• Create and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Produce engaging content including posts, videos, stories, and promotional materials
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Build and nurture relationships with affiliate networks and product vendors
• Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages
• Manage email marketing campaigns for affiliate promotions
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing best practices and platform algorithm changes

Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience with documented results
• Proven track record of generating significant affiliate commissions (portfolio/proof required)
• Extensive experience with high-ticket affiliate products
• Expert-level knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising systems
• Proficiency in affiliate networks (ClickBank, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Impact, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook ---------- , and tracking tools
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Technical Requirements
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
• Professional workspace with minimal distractions
• Proficiency in marketing tools: Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, email marketing platforms
• Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Knowledge of landing page builders (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, etc.)
• Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools

Bonus Qualifications
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or digital marketing
• Experience with influencer marketing and partnership development

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive monthly salary: Starting Salary: PHP 17,000 ($300 USD) for the first month, increasing to PHP 28,000 ($500 USD) monthly thereafter if the candidate is successful in the first month.

Working Conditions
