VA Setter

We’re seeking a motivated, reliable, and commission-driven Virtual Assistant Setter to help us generate qualified leads and schedule calls through Instagram and other channels for a General Dental Office. You’ll be chatting with prospects (DMs, followers, commenters), identifying their needs, qualifying them, and scheduling intro calls for our team.
The role requires fast typing, solid written English, people skills, and a go-getter attitude.

Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Your Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly to inbound messages for Dental Office (DMs, likes, comments, followers).
-Conduct 10+ outbound messages/hour with qualified prospects.
-Identify ideal clients: service-based businesses with high-ticket offers.
-Track leads using CRM + App Tracker.
-Update spreadsheets and daily logs accurately.
-Maintain a professional, friendly tone - all messages must be hand-typed (no generic copy-paste).
-Notify the team about any message issues or red flags (e.g., message not sending).

What We’re Looking For:
-Full-time availability (not juggling multiple jobs or studying)
-Fluent English (written and conversational)
-Ability to communicate in Spanish (Strongly Preferred but not required)
-Stable internet connection + tech setup
-Self-starter, hungry to earn and grow
-Ideally with previous setter experience
-Professional, coachable, friendly personality

Technology Skills:
-Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Google Chat)
-Instagram
-ChatGPT / Google Gemini

Compensation & Incentives:
Base Pay: $250/month
PLUS Commission on every deal that we close
Earn $100 for 5 closed deals, $500 for 15 closed deals, and it just keeps climbing!
NO cap on your earnings – the more you set that we close the more you make
Realistic potential to earn $2000+ per month with consistent performance
