Long-Term Real Estate Sales Agent - Hourly + Commission

Job:
We are hiring a long-term high converting sales agent to prequalify, set appointments, and follow-up with leads.
• cold call property owners using dialer (scripts & training provided)
• prequalify sellers to set appointments for Acquisitions Manager
• take detailed notes on seller info
• perform light follow-up calls
• meet daily & monthly KPI call goals
• communicate with team daily

Requirements:
• Fluent in English (neutral or no accent)
• 1+ year in real estate cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation
• Fast internet and quiet environment
• Availability from 9am-12pm EST
• KPIs (300 calls / day, 3-6 leads / day, 2-5 appointments / day)

Salary:
• Hourly (USD): $3/hr - $5/hr (depending on resume and experience)
• Commission (USD): $50 per appointment / signed contract + $400 per appointment / closed contract
• Opportunity: hourly, commission, and working hours will increase based on performance
