Shopify Store Manager & SEO Virtual Assistant

We are an established international SEO agency with 15+ years of experience in internet marketing, now hiring a Shopify Store Manager & SEO VA to join our fully remote team. You’ll be responsible for the management, growth, and optimisation of 3–5 newly launched Shopify stores owned by our team.

This is not a purely SEO role – we are looking for someone who can take full ownership of each store’s day-to-day operations, SEO performance, and site presentation. Strong design skills will set you apart from other applicants, as you will be involved in improving store layouts, banners, and overall user experience.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and maintain multiple Shopify stores daily
Perform proactive site checks, fix errors, and ensure all content and products are optimised
Implement SEO improvements (on-page, content, metadata, internal linking)
Use tools like Ahrefs to analyse performance and make data-driven recommendations
Suggest and implement store design improvements (banners, layouts, graphics, UX)
Coordinate with other tea ---------- mbers for product uploads, content, and promotions
Monitor store analytics and provide regular performance updates
Keep up with Shopify app integrations and troubleshoot issues

What We’re Looking For:

Experience managing Shopify stores (essential)
Strong SEO knowledge with practical implementation skills
Confident in tools like Ahrefs, Google Sheets, and Google Search Console
Design skills are a huge advantage (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Shopify theme customisation)
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently, think critically, and suggest improvements without being micromanaged
Experience in Wordpress is a plus but not required
Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering results
