JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring two account managers, who will oversee a sales territory, manage a small team, and strategically move customers through a sales process. The current positions are senior sales managers, who will work on inbound leads, who are interested in placing an order of custom apparel for their team. The market is US coaches, primarily schools and youth programs. We own two factories and sell socks (and other footwear) for sports and have a fun and personal sales approach, which starts with sending the customers mock-up designs and samples and then maintaining a proper seasonal follow-up schedule. The position focuses primarily on the organization of the seasonal leads and contacting them until they purchase.

We are conducting a two-part interview process with applicants and looking to hire immediately.

Compensation is a weekly draw, with a guaranteed amount, but with a bonus based on the revenue of closed deals from the inbound leads.

We own several partnering companies that will be hiring in 2025-2026. Some others will be available soon after

Applicant will be required to have:

- Expertise in written and verbal English
- Elite-level organization and understanding of sales pipelines
- Background in sales and using a CRM (we use Hubspot and several others)
- Using a tracking system
***No BPO teams allowed / no using other people to complete your work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) - especially Excel.
- Ability to build relationships, via email, with personal and witty messages that assist with closing deals with interested buyers.
- Be able to work a 40+ hour schedule (M-F) in the US timezones, being available from 8 am EST - 5 pm EST (flexible start time)

Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Working in a competitive environment, on a smaller sales team, as one of a few senior sales associates.
- Overseeing an inbox, as a manager, and handling the closing aspects of our sales process.
- Daily/weekly/monthly objectives
- High volume of emails, low volume of the calling, with a company calling team that will call for you.
- Managing a VA as your assistant
- Working directly with a BPO team (3+ managers that oversee 20 - designers and assistants)
- Weekly bonus, based on consistent sales, which the company generates all leads
