Go High Level & Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Go High Level & Automation Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone who is both technically proficient and creative, capable of building, optimizing, and maintaining high-converting funnels, email campaigns, and automated workflows. You will be our go-to tech specialist for integrating systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our marketing and sales processes run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build, design, and optimize Go High Level funnels (including opt-in, sales, and webinar funnels).
• Create and manage automations in Go High Level, integrating across email, SMS, and CRM workflows.
• Set up and manage email campaigns in ActiveCampaign, ensuring deliverability and segmentation best practices.
• Configure text messaging campaigns via Twilio, including automations, triggers, and compliance.
• Integrate Go High Level with Zapier, Slack, and other third-party tools for smooth operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain email sequences for lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize systems for better performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain clean, organized databases and reporting dashboards for tracking campaign performance.

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Go High Level (funnels, automations, pipelines, calendars, triggers).
• Strong skills in ActiveCampaign and Twilio (setup, automation, optimization).
• Working knowledge of Zapier integrations and automation logic.
• Familiarity with Slack integrations and team communication workflows.
• Experience creating high-conversion funnels and opt-in pages.
• Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating with a team.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of API connections and custom integrations.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email and funnel customization.
• Experience with webinar platforms and challenge funnels.

Position Type: Full-time (Remote or On-site depending on location)
