You’ll take ownership of the systems that keep everything running — from client onboarding to internal process automation — and know that your work directly shapes the client experience and the way our business moves forward.

This is a long-term position for someone who wants stability, thrives on solving challenges, and takes pride in building systems that work every time.

What You’ll Take On:
Go High Level CRM, Automation, Funnels & Websites
Build and manage automations, pipelines, triggers, calendars, and workflows
Develop and optimize client onboarding processes, systems, and automations to create a smooth, professional client journey
Set up and deploy Snapshots for fast, consistent system rollouts
Implement and manage white labeling to maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints
Build and train AI agents for client communication, lead engagement, and support
Create and launch funnels and websites inside GHL (technical setup, design layout, and configuration — copy will be provided)
Launch and manage email newsletters within GHL (technical scheduling, setup, segmentation — copy will be provided)
Review and correct tagging issues to ensure accurate segmentation and automation flows
Maintain smooth CRM performance and troubleshoot any issues promptly
System Integrations & Internal Process Automation
Connect GHL with platforms like Zapier, Jotform, Stripe, Zoom, and others
Automate internal business processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
Manage account access, cloud storage, and software connections
Ensure data is secure, backups are current, and integrations remain seamless

Process Improvements:
Identify bottlenecks in workflows and eliminate them through smart automation
Support systems for delivering digital products and courses
Collaborate with leadership to ensure technology aligns with business growth objectives

Who This Role Fits Best:
You work confidently in GHL and can build complete client systems from concept to execution
You understand Snapshots, client onboarding processes, white labeling, AI agents, funnels, websites, newsletters, and tagging management
You are skilled at the technical execution of systems (without needing to create marketing copy)
You can connect platforms and maintain integrations without disruption
You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people
You work independently while staying aligned with the team’s direction
You value a steady, ongoing role where you can focus on doing your best work
