We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to help us manage client communications. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients receive prompt, professional, and friendly responses across different platforms.
Responsibilities
• Respond to messages in our client portal
• Reply to client
• Respond to incoming text messages
• Jump on quick phone calls with clients when needed
• Escalate questions or issues that require management attention
• Maintain clear, simple records of communication
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in credit repair or familiarity with the credit repair industry is a plus
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
• Organized and dependable
• Ability to check messages multiple times per day
• Friendly, professional tone in all communication
(If you don’t have credit repair experience, training will be provided — but knowledge in this area is an advantage.)
