AI/Automation & Marketing Tech Specialist

Title: AI/Automation & Marketing Tech Specialist – CRM, Funnels, AI Agents (Remote, EST Overlap)

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy marketing operations pro who can build and integrate AI agents, automations, funnels, and CRM workflows that drive revenue for Black Meta Agency’s VR workforce, AI bootcamps, sponsorship sales, and job portal.

Responsibilities:

Build automations between HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Calendly, PandaDoc, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign/Mailchimp, Bubble, Stripe, Twilio.

Create AI agents (LangChain/OpenAI) for outreach, lead enrichment, and job matching.

Set up cost-savings calculators and proposal automations for VR demos.

Build dashboards for sales & marketing KPIs.

Maintain clean data in CRM and SOP documentation.

Requirements:

3+ years experience in Marketing Ops/Revenue Ops/Automation.

Strong skills with Zapier or Make, API/webhooks, and CRM pipelines.

Experience with HubSpot or GoHighLevel.

Bonus: LangChain/Python experience for AI agents.

Strong English communication skills.
