Shopify Product Listing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Shopify Product Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has proven experience in creating and managing product listings in Shopify, follows SOPs closely, and has a strong eye for design. You must be able to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and maintain high accuracy in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and optimize product listings in Shopify according to our SOPs

Write clear, engaging product descriptions using ChatGPT (with our provided prompts)

Create and edit product images using Canva and AI tools

Ensure all product pages are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand guidelines

Maintain consistency in design, formatting, and product presentation

Work within set deadlines while ensuring quality and precision

Requirements:

Proven experience with Shopify product listing and management

Strong attention to detail and ability to work precisely

Good eye for design and product presentation

Experience using Canva and AI tools for image creation

Comfortable using ChatGPT (or similar) for writing tasks

Ability to follow SOPs and structured workflows

Highly organized, time-efficient, and self-motivated

Able to work independently and meet strict deadlines

Job Details:

Hours: 20 hours per week (can increase in the future)

Rate: $4 USD/hour
