Who We Are:
We’re a real estate investment team in Ontario, Canada. We specialize in high-ROI pre-construction and income-generating properties. Our team closes deals — we just need more qualified leads flowing in daily. That’s where you come in.
Your Role:
You will be the digital engine behind our lead generation. Your job is to promote listings, run ads, qualify leads, and set appointments — so our closers Agents can do what they do best: close.
You will not speak with clients — you’ll qualify via DM, forms, WhatsApp, and pass to us.
We’re looking for a go-getter who wakes up ready to generate results, not just post content.
Your Responsibilities:
Create and manage paid campaigns
Write scroll-stopping ads and captions (we’ll give you the properties)
Build funnels or landing pages (GoHighLevel, LeadPages, etc.)
Qualify leads via forms, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM scripts
Track results: cost per lead (CPL), appointment rate, etc.
Send daily reports and warm leads to the sales team
Requirements:
Experience in lead generation (real estate preferred)
Strong sales copywriting skills — you know how to trigger curiosity and action
Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, YouTube, Google)
Understanding of funnels, automations, and lead tracking
Organized, proactive, results-focused — you perform, not wait for instructions
Excellent English (written), bonus if you’re good with CRMs and outreach tools
Nice to Have:
Experience with GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, or any CRM
Real estate or high-ticket marketing experience
Canva or basic design skills (optional – we have a designer)
Working Hours:
Flexible — but you must overlap 3–4 hours with Toronto time (EST)
Growth Potential:
This is a long-term role with uncapped earnings. If you perform, your bonuses will scale fast. You’ll be treated as part of the team — not just a task-taker.
