Job Description
Calling all project management enthusiasts and creative go-getters! As a Product & Logistics Coordinator for our portfolio of brands, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping us bring a little more sparkle, glow, and playfulness into the world. Your mission? Own the Time & Action Calendar and keep our projects on schedule. You'll be the ultimate troubleshooter, working with our fantastic vendors daily and ensuring our newest innovations stay on track.


Responsibilities
Project Management
Work cross-functionally with the design and logistics teams to bring products to market
Communicate important ETAs to marketing and sales teams
Create and task out projects in Asana
Own the Product Pipeline and ensure projects stay on schedule
Production Management
Maintain Work in Progress (WIP) report
Coordinate TOP samples and design approvals
Ensure ex-factory dates are met and communicate ETA’s with internal team
Communicate and tackle delays early and head-on
Facilitate Purchase Orders from PO creation to design details to delivery
Testing + Compliance
Coordinate lab samples submission with vendors
Track and manage 3rd party testing
Schedule and manage 3rd party inspections
Maintain vendor audit matrix


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
0-2 years of project management experience
Highly organized and systematic
Ability to multitask and troubleshoot
Experience working with spreadsheets and project management tools
Beauty or cosmetics experience preferred, but not required
Must be available 10am - 6pm EST Monday - Friday

$5 USD/ Hour paid weekly
$120/ quarter HMO Reimbursement
5 paid sick days per year
