Key Responsibilities
Product Management
• Upload and manage all TikTok Shop listings (product titles, images, videos, descriptions, pricing)
• Ensure all listings are optimized for conversions and meet platform requirements
• Coordinate with fulfillment team for inventory updates and shipping details
Performance Monitoring
• Track GMV, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign performance daily
• Provide weekly performance reports and insights to the marketing team
• Suggest improvements for offers, bundles, and video angles based on data
Live Sales Management
• Schedule and coordinate creator live streams for promotions and flash sales
• Monitor performance during lives and ensure offers are set up correctly in advance
• Support creators with questions or setup needs pre-live
Strategy & Platform Trends
• Stay current on TikTok Shop updates, feature rollouts, and platform trends
• Collaborate with the U.S. team on growth ideas, creator promotions, and content initiatives
