Long-Term YouTube Faceless Video Editor + Thumbnail Designer (AI + Finance)

We are building a bilingual YouTube faceless channel (English/French) in the AI + Finance niche.
We need a skilled and reliable video editor and thumbnail designer for long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Edit 8–10 min faceless videos with clean, dynamic pacing.
• Integrate relevant B-rolls (royalty-free).
• Add accurate, easy-to-read captions.
• Create high-CTR thumbnails (max 4 words, clear & bold).

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing faceless YouTube videos.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to meet deadlines (48–72 hours turnaround).
• Communication in English (French is a plus).
• Willingness to do a short paid test.

Compensation:
• Video editing: $15–25 per video.
• Thumbnail design: $3–5 each.
• Weekly payment via Wise or PayPal.
