JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Associate who can bring proven sales and/or marketing skills in email, Linkedin and phone calls. You don’t need prior government contracting experience. We’ll train you and give you the tools to succeed. But you must arrive ready to write persuasively, build relationships, research prospects, and engage professionally on the phone.
This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role. We win a small number of large, relationship-based contracts each year. You’ll start by learning our clients, services, and market from the inside, building the foundation to grow into a front-facing, revenue-generating role.

Who You Are
-Proven background in B2B sales or marketing with measurable success.
-Strong writer who can craft clear, persuasive, and tailored outreach emails and Linkedin messages
-Personable and confident on the phone with U.S.-based professionals; clear, neutral accent preferred.
-Detail-oriented, able to follow structured processes and work within established systems.
-Naturally curious and willing to research prospects and understand their needs before making contact.
-Highly organized and comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and online research.
-Tech-savvy: skilled with Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets, ---------- and ----------
-Committed to learning quickly and applying feedback.

Your Responsibilities:
-Research and pre-qualify federal contracting opportunities using set criteria (training provided).
-Populate and maintain our opportunity pipeline spreadsheet.
-Learn and execute a set outreach strategy to engage teaming partners and decision-makers.
-Write targeted outreach emails and LinkedIn messages using proven templates and research-driven personalization.
-Support prospect research and lead generation for teaming/subcontracting opportunities.
-Begin managing your own set of prospects and coordinating capability briefings.
-Move into relationship-building and sales conversations with key stakeholders.
-Attend thrice a week meetings with the team

Why This Role is Different
-Structured Training: We’ll teach you the federal contracting process—a high-value skillset.
-High-Impact Work: You’ll help secure large, multi-year contracts that make a measurable difference.
-Room to Grow: Start behind the scenes, then move into a client-facing, revenue-driving role.
-Small Team, Big Wins: Your contributions are visible and valued from day one.
