JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
The Cash Compound and The Banking Bros educate and empower individuals to take control of their money through the Infinite Banking Concept. Across TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and our private Facebook Group, we’ve built a highly engaged community of people interested in building wealth and creating financial freedom. Now, we’re looking for someone to help us keep the conversation going — and growing.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive, people-focused Community Growth & Engagement Specialist to manage and nurture our online communities. This is not a traditional Social Media Manager role — you won’t be creating content from scratch. Instead, you’ll work with the content we already have, ensuring every comment is answered, every conversation is kept alive, and our followers feel valued, heard, and encouraged to take the next step with us.

Responsibilities

Respond to comments, messages, and questions across TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and our Facebook Group in The Banking Bros brand voice (guidelines provided).

Welcome new Facebook Group members and spark discussion with engaging prompts.

Monitor conversations and keep the community positive, on-topic, and engaged.

Proactively identify opportunities to connect followers with our resources or next steps (e.g., booking a call).

Light scheduling of pre-made content (no original content creation required).

Provide a weekly engagement report highlighting wins, metrics, and recommendations.

Top Platforms for This Role:

High Priority: TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Group

Additional Platforms: LinkedIn, X

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1) 100% of public comments and direct messages replied to within 24 hours (business days).

2) Measurable month-over-month increase in engagement rate on key platforms.

3) At least 5 new discussions started in the Facebook Group weekly (to be set together).

4) Weekly engagement report submitted on time.

Ideal Candidate:

1) Prior experience managing or moderating an online community or social platform.

2) Exceptional written communication with a friendly, approachable tone.

3) Highly reliable, responsive, and organized.

4) Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the team.

5) Able to learn and follow brand voice guidelines.

6) Part-time availability with consistent weekly hours; Eastern Time overlap preferred.
