Remote Lead Generation & Research Assistant – Hospitality

We are a Dubai-based music curation agency providing premium background music to luxury restaurants and hotels in the GCC. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to help us identify and connect with potential clients in top-tier hospitality venues across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Research and create lists of high-end restaurants, hotels, and lounges in GCC countries
• Find decision-maker contacts (F&B Managers, GMs, Marketing Managers)
• Send initial outreach messages/emails following our templates
• Schedule online meetings with potential clients
• Maintain lead database and track responses
