Job Details:
The purpose of this role is to free up the time of the founder of a consulting agency / SaaS in order to allow him to work on projects will have the most impact. You'll be asked to step into different roles based on what the company's needs and help eliminate bottlenecks that would otherwise require the founder. You'll be expected to have fairly high standards for the work you and others do and to help others raise the quality required when it's lacking. You'll be provided a ton of hands-on training and personal consultation with the founder so you can act on his behalf but expected to be able to solve many problems on your own and work out the specific tasks involved with accomplishing broader goals.
The first year will involve more training and consultation with the founder, although you will be expected to oversee projects and tasks. As you prove your competence, you'll have plenty of opportunities to expand your income and grow your career in the company. Your performance will be measured by how well you can save the founder time and move projects forward. You won't be doing any tasks that the founder isn't already doing himself.
If you like technology, problem solving, building things, working on projects, and critical thinking, this might be a good fit for you. The founder is very willing to explain how to complete tasks, what his vision is, and what his expectations are. However, he's looking for someone who doesn't need to have their handheld and can take ownership of their tasks and responsibilities and make decisions using logic. He'll back you up and teach you how to improve when you make mistakes, but this role isn't for someone who struggles to make decisions, easily feels overwhelmed, isn't willing to make mistakes or blames others for their mess ups, and values stability over growth.
- Remote 8am - 5pm PH time (12-1pm lunch)
- 10 paid holidays, 10 paid vacation days, 3 paid sick days, 13th month bonus
- Salary: 60,000 PHP after 2 month probation (50,000 PHP during probation) 75,000 PHP-100,000 PHP after 1 year depending on performance (opportunity for continued increases as well)

Requirements:
- 4 year degree
- Tech savvy with comfort learning new software, troubleshooting software problems, using AI creatively, and finding tools to help with tasks.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented, driven to build their career and willing to learn and grow at a fast rate.
- Able to work well with others including explaining things simply, find ways to help them thrive, and communicate their needs to the founder
- Live in PH (Cebu preferred as we do some in-person team building there with the staff located nearby)
Project/Task Examples:
- Keep project management software up to date
- Work closely with him on new projects starting up to take note, set-up, and eventually take over day to day running of that project
- Set-up process with knowledgebase article for monthly reporting on marketing tasks we do for a client
- Create a template and process article for how we handle website hacks based on the actions our developers took after a recent hack
- Provide a quote estimate to founder for a website project we were asked to do based on competitor research and talking with web designers
- Oversee content additions/improvements to a client website ensuring the work done by web designers and marketers accurately reflects the client's business and industry and is in line with competitors
- Help to create a custom GPT to write content for landing pages for a specific client using the requirements for copywriting provided by founder
- Compile a list of features for app we are building based on various documents into a format required. Lead a brainstorming discussion on additional features.
- Check on invoices, reports, and other tasks to ensure they don't have any glaring errors and provide feedback and improvements when needed
- Solving website problems including making decisions about when to file support ticket, when to contact me, and when hire a freelancer.
- Communicating with clients about a project's status after talking to tea
