Operational Scheduler

SBFM are one of the fastest growing Facilities Management Service provider operating throughout the UK.

We are looking for an operationally minded, highly organised scheduler to join our team. This role will involve monitoring and scheduling cleaning audits liaising with our trained field team and clients to ensure that audits are carried out to a high standard and inline with our client service level agreements.

Upon receipt of completed audits, the Operational Scheduler will review the audit report and take action through escalation to Management where any concerns have been identified.

As part of this role, you will also liaise with the Recruitment Team and Operational field teams to schedule induction training for new starters into our business.

The role is offered on a full time basis, 40 hours per week from 7am - 3pm UK time or 12pm - 8pm UK time. Your preference will be discussed upon application.

This is an extremely fast paced role which will require a high level of organisation, attention to detail and an ability to communicate clear messaging to people at all levels.
